Membership
More than one million women across the
country are members in this organization which participates in
Mission through the Women's Division of the General Board of
Global Ministries. Our special emphasis is women, youth, and
children in thousands of communities in every state in the United
Sates and in over fifty other countries. Each member actively
chooses to become a member by committing herself to the PURPOSE
and through participation in meetings, prayer, giving, study,
action, or service.
At Broadway, in addition to Unit membership and meetings,
Broadway women may participate in one of three active
sub-groups:

Morning Meetings at
10:00AM:
Circle of Fellowship
meets on the first Thursday of every month at the church in the
W. R. Allen Fellowship
Hall.
Evening Meetings:
Susanna Wesley Circle,
which includes many mothers
of young children, has provision for child care.
Square One
includes mothers of older youth, so child care
is not provided.
The Unit also has members, who, because of
family responsibility, health limitations, or work schedules,
choose to express their participation by being listed as Members
at Large.
