A Casual Worship Service For Real People
A casual fit. That might be a great way to describe our contemporary
worship service... Here at Broadway, it's not about the clothes you wear
or the car you drive.
It’s all about practical, uplifting messages, warm relationships, great
music and creating a casual atmosphere where you can come and get
spiritually recharged after a tough week and you will be left with no
doubt why we call this service, "The Rejuvenation Station!"
This is church probably unlike any you’ve ever seen before. From the moment
you enter the church building will you will be greeted with open arms and given a hearty WELCOME.
The service begins promptly at 8:30 AM and lasts exactly 45 minutes. At the head of the worship area, behind the altar, you will see a large video screen. All of the announcements, prayer concerns, congregational praise songs and service notices will be provided on that screen.
The focus of the service is JESUS. Worship participants are encouraged to come into His presence with joyful and thankful hearts as the high-energy contemporary worship music begins the service. Again, this is not your average worship service.
Music is provided by a highly talented and blessed group of musicians
and vocalists that form our church band,
appropriately named "The CrossTies" in keeping with the overall theme of our
fellowship. The CrossTies offer a
range of styles of praise music. You are likely to hear many of the songs you hear on the Christian radio stations, as you are drawn into a place of worship.
The altars are open for those who wish to bring their cares and thanksgiving to the Lord. You will have the opportunity for our Pastor, or a Worship Leader to pray with you or you can pray alone. This is a very powerful part of the worship experience at The Rejuvenation Station! There is a time provided to share your joys and concerns with the congregation and from time to time, words of testimony and inspiration are shared, which encourages all participants in their faith.
Greeters are available, before and after the services, to answer questions and equip you with more information about our church.
